Angela R. Ramos, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on July 18, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri. Born on October 1, 1928, in Mexico City, Pampanga Philippines, Angela lived a life full of love, laughter and devotion to her family.
Services to celebrate Angela's life will be held at Holy Cross Parish Church 5106 St. John Ave in Kansas City, Missouri on August 2nd. The rosary will be prayed at 10:00am followed by a Visitation until 11:00am. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am. A burial ceremony will take place at Mt Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Raytown on August 6th at 10:00am.
Angela’s passion for beauty led her to pursue her education and graduated from Lorraine Tech School of Cosmetology.
Angela retired from the Kansas City Missouri School District.
In her career, Angela touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion. Her warm smile and caring nature made her a cherished figure among colleagues and students alike. She brought joy to those around her and a lasting impact on the community she served.
Angela's commitment to her family was unwavering. She was the daughter of Serapio David and Luisa Reyes. Angela is now reunited with her beloved husband, Serafin Ramos and son, Rolando Ramos Sr. who preceded her in death. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children: Maria Corazon Ramos, Emmanuel Ramos (and wife Bonnie), Jeffrey Ramos (and wife Deedra), Theresa Buchman (and husband Adam), Chloe Ramos (and Rodney Nance).
Her memory will be cherished by her siblings Jose David, Antonio David, Connie DiDonna Javier David and Vicente David and grandchildren: Halia Ramos, Jordan Ramos, Tyler Ramos, Alyssa Ramos, Adrian Buchman, Roy Ramos (Tasha Ramos), Rolando Ramos Jr. and Richard Ramos; each one carrying a piece of her kindness and wisdom forward.
Angela will be remembered for her gentle spirit, love for her family, and dedication to serving others. May she rest in peace knowing that she was truly treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
