Barbara S. Kauffman

Barbara Sue Kauffman, 84, of Kansas City, MO passed away December 22, 2015. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 16 at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., KCMO. Memorial contributions may be given to Wayside Waifs or a charity of your choice.Barbara was born January 20, 1931, the daughter of Gilbert and Bertie Miller, in Humansville, MO. After high school she moved to Kansas City and worked at Skelly Oil. It was in Kansas City that she met her husband, William Curtis Kauffman. They were married January 27, 1953 a bond that lasted over 50 years. From that union they had three children. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Curtis Kauffman and her daughter, Rebecca Sue Norman. She is survived by her two children; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Kauffman and son, Daniel William Kauffman and many nieces and nephews.
