Bea's journey began when she attended nursing school to obtain her LPN license. With her newfound skills, she moved to Kansas City in the early 1950s and became an integral part of Dr. Higgins's private medical practice. Her kind heart and nurturing spirit led her to serve as the practice manager for Dr. Foster after Dr. Higgins retired. Outside of her career, Bea found joy and fulfillment in various interests. She was a devoted member of Loma Vista Baptist Church and touched many lives as a 2nd-grade Sunday School teacher for years. Bea's passion for football shone through as she held season tickets for the Chiefs for many years, showcasing her unwavering support for the team.

In addition to her professional accomplishments and hobbies, Bea's true legacy lies in the love and care she shared with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, George Franklin Clark, her parents Tildon Leetus and Ruth Longrear Jones.  Bea is survived by her son Bob Clark, daughter-in-law Carol Clark, grandson Bob Clark Jr., granddaughter-in-law Janet Clark, great-grandson Josh Clark, great-granddaughter Emma Clark, brother Billie B. Jones, sister-in-law Joan, and a host of relatives and friends.
