Eleanor was born in Denver, Colorado June 6th, 1919 .She passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 31, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Katherine (Chillero) Vagnino, siblings Peter and Michael Vagnino, husband of 50 years, John F Antonello Sr. and son John F Antonello Jr. Surviving her were Mary Catherine Armanees (Joe), Barbara Mentz (Larry), and Vicki Webster-Farrell (Jim), Daughter-in-law Denise Antonello. She also leaves ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Eleanor loved life and brought great joy to everyone around her. We have cherished memories of family times throughout generations from gathering her children around her baby grand piano for family sing-alongs, to many memorable trips to visit her relatives in Denver and to the Jersey Shore, to serving as a Girl Scout Leader and Cub Scout Leader, to playing Rummikub with her grandchildren, to having slumber parties with her great-grandchildren into her nineties, to sending greeting cards for every occasion celebrated. Private services including a Mass were held August 3, 2016 with Reverend Tom Holder of Our Lady of the Presentation and interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.
