Erik K. Gonzales

Erik K. Gonzales, 42, passed away Sept. 28, 2019. Visitation will be held Wednesday Oct. 2nd from 6-8pm at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO. The rosary will be prayed at 10am Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 3106 Flora Ave, Kansas City, MO followed by Requiem Mass at 10:30am. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Erik was born January 12, 1977 in Metairie, Louisiana to Emory and Mary Gonzales. He worked as a radiological technologist for the Veterans Medical Center. Erik is survived by his wife Melanie Gonzales; children, Gerard, Avertin, Zelie, Kristian, Damian and Felicity; his parents, Emory and Mary Gonzales; siblings, Erika, Erin, Bridget, Ian, Sr. Frances Marie OSF, Walter, Catherine, Colin, Aidan and Mikhail. Erik was preceded in death by a daughter, Philomena and son, Henry. The family suggests memorial contributions to Erik Gonzales children's fund in c/o Muehlebach Funeral Home.
