Esther E. Hoover

Esther E. Hoover, 85, passed away February 2, 2015. She was preceded by John D. "Jack" Hoover and survived by her beloved dog, Sammy, Stephen and Patricia Hoover of Knoxville, TN, Tim Hoover and Larry Wheeler of Kansas City, Mo, three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many cousins, nephews and nieces who will miss her greatly.

Esther spent much of her life in the Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks area. She was a graduate of Wyandotte High School where she was a member of the band. She was baptized in the Methodist Church. She was loved by her boys and grandchildren. Her favorite past time was watching the birds with her dog(s) at her side. She was an avid nature lover.

A memorial service will be Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00pm at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., KCMO. Her ashes will be buried with her husband at a Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Mo at a later date.
