He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Helen Smith, son Timothy Smith and infant grandson Justin. Survivors include his wife of 59 years Marilyn Kay and; son Stephen (Robyn); son Michael (Teresa); son Kevin (Lisa); son Jeffrey (Christina); brothers-in-law Brien and Barry Boggess; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
