Helen K. Wilson

Helen K. Wilson, 97, passed away October 23, 2014. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Monday, October 27, 2014 at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church, 777 NE Blackwell Road, Lee?s Summit, MO 64086 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church, Crossroads Hospice or Midwest Ear Institute.

Helen was born August 11, 1917 in Edina, MO to James J. Kelly and Anna Lee Jarvis. She worked at Harzfelds, St. Mary?s, Trinity Lutheran and St. Luke?s Hospital?s gift shops. Helen was a member of St. Elizabeth?s Auxiliary and the Salvation Army. Helen is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert, Sisters, Rosemary Kelly, Loretta Werner, Lucille McKay and Estelene Hughes. She is survived by her daughters, Helen K. Murphy (Tom) of Arlington, TX and Cheryl Hulen (John) of Lee Summit, MO; grandchildren, Kevin Hulen (Pam), Jason Hulen of Kansas City, Brian Murphy (Keri) of Kerrville, TX, Kelly Wingate (Steve) of Arlington, TX; great grandchildren, Molly and Greyson Murphy, Emily and Shawn Hulen and Presley Wingate.
