It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lenore Hall, who left us on November 30, 2023, at the age of 90. Born January 7, 1933, in Kansas City, Missouri. Lenny touched the lives of many with her kindness, warmth, wit and sassy attitude.
Lenny is survived by her sister Jo Ellen Anderson, brother Peter Palermo, three daughters: Mary Stewart (Gordon), Ellen Fradieu, Karen Wayne (Jerry) and son Jack Hall (Debi). Along with grandchildren Jarrod Stewart, Madison Stewart, Raymond Hall, Victoria Benton, Ben Honeycutt, Jim Honeycutt, Joe Honeycutt, and Jonathan Crabtree. Lenny is also leaving behind 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a host of dear friends. She is also survived by her niece Lora Anderson and nephews Billy and Matthew. Lenny was preceded in death by her husband Jon Hall, her parents James and Flora Palermo, sister Mary Ann Schepers, and grandson Tommy Honeycutt.
Lenny was known for being a stay-at-home mom of four children and hosting family holidays. She was the first person to have a dog (Maggie) at Lakeview Village. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, doing puzzles, and laughing with friends and neighbors.
Friends and family are invited to join a Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Lenny’s life at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Lenexa, Kansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elara Hospice, an organization close to the family’s heart.
May Lenny’s soul find eternal peace and may the memories of her love and laughter continue to brighten our lives.
