Margaret Tremonti

Margaret Tremonti of Overland Park, KS passed away peacefully at the age of 92 following a brief illness. As the only child born to Margaret (Rooney) and John N. Atherton, Margaret spent a full life in the Kansas City area. She enjoyed being a homemaker to her four children and an active member of the St. Agnes Parish and Bishop Miege communities in Roeland Park, KS.

Margaret had a true love for the ocean, cultivating her African Violet plants and caring for her pet birds. She was a kind-hearted woman who took great pride in watching her family grow and supporting all of their many activities.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Louis F. Tremonti, son, John and granddaughter, Jennifer Tremonti. She is survived by her children: Patrick M. Tremonti of Roeland Park, KS; Mary Ann Tremonti of San Antonio, TX and Paul (Susan) Tremonti of Leawood, KS and sister-in-law Josephine Kammerer (Tom) of Kansas City, MO. She leaves a legacy of nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
