Mary Louise Cassidy

Mary L Cassidy, 83, of Pleasant Hill, MO passed away August 5, 2017. Rosary will be at 10 am Friday, August 11 followed by visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m., St Bridget Catholic Church, 2103 Lexington Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080. Memorial contributions can be made to Catholic Charities or the Alzheimers association.
Mary Lou was born May 25, 1934 the daughter of Clarence and Beatrice Corum, in Kansas City. She was the youngest of their 5 children. After high school, she worked at various companies as an executive secretary. In the late seventies, she began working at AT&T where she spent the rest of her career retiring after 25+ years of service. At the age of 14, she met Lawrence Cassidy. They married February 10, 1956 and were married almost 50 years before Larrys passing in 2005. From that union, they have four children.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings. She is survived by her four children, son, William L Cassidy; daughter, Margaret L Huber and husband Christopher; daughter Patricia S Lomax and her husband Phillip; and daughter Mary L Westermayer and her husband Tom; 17 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
