Patricia, Pat, affectionately known as, Grams or G-Money, was born on April 22, 1928 in Kansas City to William and Agnes O’Malley. Pat was one of four girls and four boys. After graduating high school, Pat had a career at Southwestern Bell telephone. She met, fell in love, and married Doug Reed in 1950. They raised five children and moved across the Midwest from Missouri, to Nebraska, to Iowa, and eventually Omaha Nebraska where she lived surrounded by grandchildren and great grandchildren. She passed away May 7, 2023 in Omaha at the grand age of 95. Right to the end, her life was dutiful, surrounded by family, and never lacking in humorous, telling it like it is, Irish honesty.

She is survived by daughter Mary Pat Kittrell and husband, Harlen; son Doug Reed and wife, Carol; son Eric Reed; son Tom Reed and wife, Lisa; brothers, David O’Malley, Gerald O’Malley; grandchildren, Jeff Kittrell and wife, Jenny; Scott Kittrell; Beth Cunningham and husband, Brian; Ben Kittrell and wife, Rhianna; Addison Reed, Dylan Reed, Logan Reed; Omri Exman; great grandchildren, Addy, Ethan, Brenden, Gannon, Garrett, Kaysen, Tori, and James.

A Rosary will be held for Patricia on May 19, 2023 at 5:00pm, followed by a Visitation until 7:00pm at Muehlebach Funeral Care, 6800 Troost Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64131. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on May 20, 2023 at 10:00am at St. John Francis Regis Parish, 8941 James A Reed Rd, Kansas City, MO 64138. Following the Mass will be a burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64138.
