Surrounded by his family, Phillip G. Francisco departed from this earth on December 11, 2024. Though passing from this world, he is alive with Jesus Christ and has reunited with his parents who went on before him.
Phillip was born in Kansas City on July 26, 1968, as the second child to Dale and Sue Francisco. For many years, Phill worked for Winchester Center where he was an office manager and head of security. He enjoyed many hobbies during his time on earth from working on his 69’ Chevy Nova as a teen, to building computers, to using his smoker to cook up just about anything, even pizza or meatloaf. Phill also enjoyed kitschy vintage science fiction movies as well as the classics like Star Wars and Star Trek.
Phill’s earthly life ended sooner than anyone expected, and his passing was a shock to his family. They take comfort though in the belief that they will see him once more when they are all reunited with the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Dale and Sue Francisco. Survivors include his brother, Eric Francisco of Kansas City; his sister, Julie Clark and her husband Ron of Lee’s summit; two nieces, Madison and Payton Clark, in addition to Rick Ford of Belton. Though not blood related, he cared deeply for and was like an uncle to Rick. Having cared for him throughout his life, they had a special bond, like father and son.
Services will be held at Muehlebach Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 18. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11. Interment in Green Lawn Cemetery.
