Robert Lee Vaca Sr.

    Robert Lee Vaca Sr., age 70, of Blue Springs, MO passed away on the morning of Dec.5th 2022 at his home.

Robert was born on January 6, 1952 in Kansas City, MO to Epifanio SR Vaca and Esperanza (Ruiz) Vaca. Robert attended West High School. Robert was known throughout the neighborhood for playing baseball. When Robert finished school he worked at the KC Terminal Rail Road. He later started trucking and finished his working career at Kansas City Sprint Center. Robert was known for his love of music especially Tejano, love of dancing, singing, dressing sharp, Raiders and mostly spending time with his family!

    Robert was preceded in death by his father Epifanio SR Vaca in 2004, and his brother Epifanio “Chito” Vaca in 2006.

    Survivors include his wife Barbarita (Bebe) Vaca, 7 children, many grandchildren, Mother Esperanza Jimenez, brothers John Joe Vaca, Louis Vaca SR, Edward “JoJo” Jimenez, sisters Virgina (Nardie) Gill, Mary Lopez, Josephine (Fogie) Ruiz, Esperanza (Renee) Siefkas, many Aunts and Uncles as well as nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. We love and will miss you!!
