Rosalie Debow

Rosalie DeBow, 83 years old, departed this life November 10, 2022 in Kansas City, MO at Research Medical Center surrounded by family.

Rosalie was born March 11, 1939 in Manila Philippines where she lived and ran a fruit stand. She later met Walter L. DeBow in the Philippine’s where they were married while he was in the service. They later moved to Omaha, Nebraska to this reunion, 2 children were born. Rosalie and Walter later relocated to East St. Louis and a third child was born.

Proceeding Ms. Rosalie DeBow in death is her husband, Walter Lee DeBow Sr; her son Walter Lee DeBow Jr. and Grandson Malik DeBow.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, her one and only daughter, Lola Richardson (Ray); son Robert Lee DeBow Jr; 5 Grandchildren, Malik Jr, Syierra, Casey, Collin, Connor and one great-granddaughter, Raymiah. Rosalie leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends. She also leaves behind two very special friends, Lois Chase and Shirley Bland.
