One of Scott’s proudest accomplishments was purchasing his home on Locust Street at the young age of 19. This house became a labor of love, as he devoted countless hours to transforming it into a space filled with warmth and personality, a testament to his dedicated nature, pride in craftsmanship and impeccable style.
Scott is survived by his beloved husband, Chris Carr, who was by his side through thick and thin. He is also survived by his stepson Andrew Carr and stepdaughter Emily Murphy, who cherished their time together and the memories they created as a family.
