William Andrew Botteron 57, of Kansas City, Missouri passed peacefully on Sunday, December 10, 2023.
William was born on March 13, 1966 in North Kansas City, Missouri to mother Peggy (Cain) Botteron and father Leonard Botteron. He is survived by his Mother, Peggy Mattingly of Lincoln, Missouri, his brother Robert Botteron (Debbe) of Wesley Chapel, Florida, his brother Michael Botteron of Kansas City, Missouri and sister Barbara Hebb (Scott) of Peculiar, Missouri, Aunt Joyce (Cain) Hughes of Olathe, Kansas, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
William worked for several years for Jack's Smokestack in Kansas City, Missouri until his battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. After surviving that issue, William lived with his mother Peggy in Warsaw, Missouri until he experienced a heart attack and stroke while visiting Kansas City, Missouri. Throughout the next 3 years, he struggled with many health issues until his passing. He will always be remembered for his favorite saying, "Scooby Dooby Doo" which was his way to say "That's how it goes" to life's issues.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society (LLS).
Words of comfort and support may be shared with the family at a visitation to be held Monday, December 18, 2023, 11 am – 12 pm at Muehlebach Funeral Care. Graveside Services for William will follow visitation at the Forest Hill & Calvary Cemetery.
